Refund Policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
In short: unused top-ups can be refunded within 14 days. If a plan renewed and you haven't used it, we'll refund it within 7 days of the renewal. Failed requests are never charged. Email us and we'll sort it out.
Top-ups
- Within 14 days of buying a top-up, you can ask for a full refund of it, as long as you haven't used any of that credit.
- If you've used some of it, we'll refund the unused part.
- Credit you've already used isn't refundable.
Monthly plans
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, and isn't charged again.
- If your plan renewed and you haven't used any of the new month's credit, ask within 7 days of the renewal and we'll refund that month and cancel the plan.
- Otherwise, we don't refund part-months.
Requests that went wrong
Requests that fail with an error aren't charged. If a request was charged but didn't work because of a problem on our side, tell us and we'll put the credit back.
If we close the service or your account
If we stop offering the service, or close your account for any reason other than a breach of our terms, we'll refund your unused top-up credit.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, and say what you'd like refunded. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually fix things faster.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded. For example, if the service has a major failure, you're entitled to a refund for the unused part of what you paid.
